摘要
为了方便、快捷地测量全息母版的刻槽深度,从而检测不同全息母版的微观结构参数差异及其光栅条纹在转印过程中的磨损程度,本研究用3D激光共聚焦形貌显微镜测量了9种全息母版的刻槽深度h。在同一测量区域,用积分球式分光光度计X-Rite SP64,从起始位置开始,每间隔45°旋转颜色测量仪器,测量全息母版在0°、45°、90°和135°4个角度下的明度值,并计算得到平均值,作为该区域的明度值L*。建立了全息母版的刻槽深度h和明度值L*间的数学回归关系,并将3块待测试全息母版的明度值代入公式计算其刻槽深度,得到计算值与实际测量值间的最小相对误差为3.85%。结果表明:在实际应用中,可通过测量全息母版的明度值计算其刻槽深度。该方法无须借助精密光学仪器进行测量,使用便捷、准确,可满足检测需求。
In order to measure the groove depth of the holographic master masks conveniently and quickly,so as to detect the difference in microstructure parameters of different holographic master masks and the degree of wear of the grating stripes on the holographic master masks during the transfer process,the 3D laser confocal microscope was used to measure the groove depth h of 9 kinds of holographic master masks.In the same measurement area,the holographic master masks were measured by rotating the color measuring instrument every 45°with an integrating sphere spectrophotometer X-Rite SP64 from the starting position.Then,the average lightness value from the angles such as 0°,45°,90°,and 135°was used as the lightness value L*of the area.The mathematical regression relationships between the groove depth h and the lightness L*were established,and the lightness value of three test holographic master masks were substituted into the formula to calculate the groove depth,and the minimum deviation between the calculated value and the actual measured value is 3.85%.The results showed that in practical applications,the regression relationship can be used to calculate the groove depth h of the holographic master mask through the measured lightness value.This method avoids the use of precision optical instruments for measurement,and can meet the requirements of convenience and accuracy.
