摘要
文章以扎兰屯职业学院推行实施线上教学为例,从制定线上教学管理制度、指导教师选择教学平台进行资源整合,到学生对教师线上教学满意度的调研,采取的一系列措施保障了线上教学的有效实施。在线上教学的实施过程中,有大力推广的经验,也有亟待解决的问题,更是开启了对今后"线上+线上"混合式教学模式的探究,从而提升高职学生的人才培养质量。
Taking the implementation of online teaching in Zhalantun Vocational College as an example,this paper introduces the measures taken to ensure the effective implementation of online teaching,from formulating an online teaching management system,guiding teachers to select teaching platforms for resource integration,to the investigation of students’satisfaction with teachers’online teaching.During the implementation of online teaching,there is experience that is worthy of vigorous promotion,and there are also problems needing to be resolved urgently.It has also opened up an exploration of the future“online+online”blended teaching model,thereby improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
