摘要
目的探究格林模式对锁骨骨折患者术后康复锻炼依从性及肩关节活动功能的影响。方法从2018年1月—2019年1月期间到广东医科大学附属第三医院接受手术治疗的锁骨骨折患者中选取60例,按照入院时间先后分为30例对照组和30例观察组,对照组给予常规康复锻炼指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施格林模式康复指导。比较2组患者的康复锻炼依从性、肩关节活动功能、生活质量和干预前后的疼痛评分。结果观察组的康复锻炼依从性比对照组高,Constant评分相关指标均比对照组高,生活质量相关指标评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者的疼痛VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组的VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对锁骨骨折手术患者实施格林模式,能够有效提高术后康复锻炼的依从性,显著改善和提高肩关节功能与生活质量水平,减轻术后疼痛,值得推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of Green's model on postoperative rehabilitation and the function of shoulder joint function in patients with clavicle fracture.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 of the patients with clavicular fracture who underwent fracture surgery in the third affiliated hospital of guangdong medical university were selected as the observation and analysis objects of this clinical trial.According to the time of admission,the 60 patients were divided into 30 control groups and 30 observation groups.The control group was given the routine rehabilitation exercise guidance,and the observation group was given the green model rehabilitation guidance on the basis of the routine rehabilitation exercise guidance of the control group.Patients in the control group and the observation group were compared on rehabilitation exercise compliance,shoulder joint activity,quality of life and pain score before and after intervention.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The indicators of Constant(Constant Shoulder Score)Score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The scores of quality-related indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Before intervention,there was no difference in Visual Analogy scores of Visual engineering in the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Green's model in patients with clavicular fracture surgery can effectively improve the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise,significantly improve and improve the shoulder function and quality of life of patients,and reduce postoperative pain.It is worthy of extensive application in clinical practice.Prom
