摘要
目的分析基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预在跟骨骨折患者中应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月本院接诊的跟骨骨折患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成研究组和对照组两组,每组各35例。对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者基于快速康复外科理念护理干预,对比两组患者的术后的疼痛程度、治疗依从性、并发症发生率、AOFAS评分。结果两组患者的术前疼痛程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者术后1 d、3 d的数字模拟评分法(NRS)为(2.11±0.56)分、(1.02±0.22)分,均低于对照组的(3.42±0.72)分和(2.35±0.79)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组的依从率分别为97.14%和80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,AOFAS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对跟骨骨折患者应用快速康复外科理念护理,能够明显降低患者的疼痛,提高康复治疗的依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善患者愈合。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention based on rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in patients with calcaneal fracture.Methods Seventy patients with calcaneal fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into study group and control group according to the numerical random table method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group underwent routine nursing.The patients in the study group adopted rapid rehabilitation surgery concept based nursing intervention.The postoperative pain degree,treatment compliance,complication rate,and AOFAS score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the preoperative pain between the two groups(P>0.05).The NRS scores of the study group were(2.11±0.56)and(1.02±0.22)at 1st and 3rd day after operation,which were significantly lower than(3.42±0.72)and(2.35±0.79)points of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of the study group and the control group were 97.14%and 80.00%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,on the contrast,the AOFAS score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to patients with calcaneal fractures could significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve the compliance of rehabilitation treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the healing of patients.
