摘要
细菌作为一类生防微生物,具有抗生物胁迫与非生物胁迫的能力,被广泛应用于植物侵染性病害防治中。该文分析了细菌防治烟草土传病的研究报道,发现根际促生菌与植物内生细菌研究最多,试验方式多以温室盆栽或田间烟区为主;阐述了烟草与细菌间互作的抗病机制,包括抗生、竞争、诱导等作用;指出了当前细菌防治烟草土传病中所面临的问题,并对今后的应用前景进行了展望,以期为细菌在烟草生物防治领域中的研究应用提供参考。
As a kind of biocontrol microorganisms,bacteria have the ability to resist biological stress and abiotic stress,and are widely used in the control of plant infectious diseases.In this paper,the research reports on bacterial control of tobacco soil borne diseases were analyzed,the results showed that rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria and plant endophytic bacteria were the most studied,and the test methods were mainly field tobacco area or green⁃house pot culture.At the same time,the disease resistance mechanism of interaction between tobacco and bacteria was elaborated,including the effects of resistance,competition,induction,etc.Finally,the current problems of bacte⁃ria in the control of tobacco soil borne diseases were pointed out,and the future application prospects were prospect⁃ed,providing reference for the research and development of bacteria in the field of tobacco biological control in the future.
