摘要
目的:探究新生儿先天性心脏病筛查中运用心脏彩超的临床价值。方法:纳入的178例新生儿,都来自本院2019年10月~2020年10月,并选择GE logiq p6和麦迪逊EK07心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查。结果:178例新生儿心脏彩超检查发现:先天性心脏病66例,占12.92%;卵圆孔未闭48例,占26.97%;三尖瓣闭锁不全41例,占23.03%;动脉导管未闭23例,占12.92%;其中66例先天性心脏病患儿中,单纯室间隔缺损11例,占16.67%;动脉导管伴随房间隔缺损10例,占15.15%;卵圆孔未闭伴随室间隔缺损、卵圆孔未闭伴随房间隔缺损各8例,分别占10.61%;纯房间隔缺损、卵圆孔未闭伴随室间隔缺损与房间隔缺损各7例,占10.61%;法洛四联症5例,占7.58%;完全性心内膜垫缺损、右心室双出口各2例,分别占6.06%;完全性大动脉转位、三尖瓣下移畸形各1例,分别占1.52%。结论:新生儿先天性心脏病筛查中运用心脏彩超的价值显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of using cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the screening of neonatal congenital heart disease.Methods:The included 178 newborns were all from our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020,and were examined by GE logiq p6 and Madison EK07 cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment.Results:The color Doppler ultrasound examination of 178 neonates found:66 cases of congenital heart disease,accounting for 12.92%;48 cases of patent foramen ovale,accounting for 26.97%;41 cases of tricuspid atresia,accounting for 23.03%;23 cases of patent ductus arteriosus,accounting for 12.92%;among 66 children with congenital heart disease,11 cases of simple ventricular septal defect,accounting for 16.67%;arterial duct with atrial septal defect in 10 cases,accounting for 15.15%;patent foramen ovale with ventricular septal defect,patent foramen ovale with atrial septal defect in 8 cases each,accounting for 10.61%;pure atrial septal defect,patent foramen ovale with ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect in 7 cases each,accounting for 10.61%;tetralogy of fallot 5 cases,accounting for 7.58%;2 cases of complete endocardial cushion defect and 2 cases of right ventricular double outlet,accounting for 6.06%respectively;1 case of complete transposition of the great arteries and 1 case of tricuspid depression,accounting for 1.52%.Conclusion:The value of using cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the screening of neonatal congenital heart disease is significant.
