摘要
目的探讨常温体外循环(extracorporeal circulation,ECC)在婴幼儿心内直视手术中的效果。方法收集自2018年1月至2019年12月,大连市儿童医院心脏中心行单纯室间隔缺损心内直视手术69例,记录患儿的手术时长、ECC时长、心脏停跳时长、复跳情况、住院时长、并发症。结果患儿手术时长为(2.8±0.3)h,ECC时长为(35.1±3.9)min,主动脉阻断时长为(25.3±3.6)min,全部心脏自主复跳,住院天数为(10.2±2.4)d,随访(15.6±4.1)月,无脑血管意外等并发症发生。结论常温ECC下的婴幼儿心内直视手术,能保证术中组织灌注,减少了主动脉阻断时间和体外循环总时间,无并发症发生,具有良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of extracorporeal circulation(ECC)at a normal temperature in open heart surgery of infants.Methods From January,2018 to December,2019,69 cases taking simple ventricular septal defect open-heart surgery at our center were collected.The operation time,ECC time,cardiac arrest time,cardiac resuscitations,hospitalization time,and complications were recorded.Results The operation time was(2.8±0.3)h;the ECC time(35.1±3.9)min;and the aorta occlusion time(25.3±3.6)min.All the patients had spontaneous cardiac resuscitations.The hospital stay was(10.2±2.4)d.They were followed up(15.6±4.1)months,and no cerebrovascular accidents or other complications occurred.Conclusion Open heart surgery for infants under ECC at a normal temperature can ensure intraoperative tissue perfusion,reduce the times of aorta occlusion and extracorporeal circulation,and have a good effect without complications.
