摘要
目的:分析慢性牙周炎并缺失牙应用牙种植体修复效果情况。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年3月本院诊治45例慢性牙周炎并缺失牙患者资料,设为研究组,同期选取45例牙周健康并缺失牙者,设为对照组,两组患者均予以牙种植体修复,分析两组修复效果与咀嚼功能、牙龈指数与近远中骨的吸收量情况。结果:治疗后,研究组种植体存留92.31%与对照组95.16%比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组牙龈指数(0.98±0.56)、咀嚼功能(1.73±0.55)分与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组近远中骨的吸收量(1.18±0.84)mm比对照组多,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎并缺失牙应用牙种植体治疗,近期种植修复存留高,与牙周健康者咀嚼功能及牙龈指数效果相似,但近远中骨的吸收量比较多。
Objective:To analyze the effect of dental implant restoration in chronic periodontitis with missing teeth.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,45 patients with chronic periodontitis and missing teeth were enrolled in the study.The study group was selected as the study group.45 patients with periodontal health and missing teeth were selected as the control group.All the patients were repaired with dental implants.The repair effect and chewing function,gingival index and absorption of bone in the near and far are analyzed.Results:After treatment,the implant retention of the study group was 92.31%and that of the control group was 95.16%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The gingival index(0.98±0.56)and chewing function(1.73±0.55)of the study group were compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the absorption of bone in the near-distance of the study group(1.18±0.84)mm was more than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic periodontitis and missing teeth are treated with dental implants.The recent implantation and repair retention is similar to the chewing function and gingival index of patients with periodontal health,but the absorption of bone in the near and far is more.
