摘要
目的了解2000~2021年"互联网+健康教育"的研究热点和发展动态,为健康教育工作提供新的线索和研究方向。方法以中国知网数据库、维普中文科技数据库和Web of Science为数据来源,以"健康教育、新媒体、APP、互联网、手机、微信"为主题进行检索文献。采用VOSviewer软件进行高频关键词分析、关键词共现聚类分析和关键词时间序列分析,绘制关键词聚类网络图谱、关键词聚类网络密度视图和关键词多窗口时间序列图。结果本研究最终纳入2357篇文献,共聚类为5个研究热点:艾滋病健康教育、糖尿病健康教育、门诊健康教育、微信健康管理和高血压护理。从时间序列图中可见,互联网、艾滋病、健康教育、糖尿病、高血压、微信、APP、新媒体等是当前"互联网+健康教育"研究领域的前沿。结论 "互联网+健康教育"在慢性病和传染病健康管理中应用最为广泛,覆盖的疾病、场所与对象均在不断扩展,其应用前景非常广阔。
Objective To understand the research focuses and development trends of "Internet plus health education" from2000 to 2021,and to provide new clues and research directions for health education.Methods With China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Science Journals Database and Web of Science as data sources,literature search was conducted with the theme of "health education,new media,APP,Internet,mobile phone and WeChat".High-frequency keyword analysis,keyword co-occurrence clustering analysis and keyword time series analysis were carried out with VOSviewer software,and keyword clustering network map,keyword clustering network density map and keyword multi-window time series graph were drawn.Results Finally,2357 articles were included in this study,and grouped into five research focuses:AIDS health education,diabetes health education,outpatient health education,WeChat health management and hypertension nursing.It was found from the time series graph that Internet,AIDS,health education,diabetes,hypertension,WeChat,APP and new media are the frontiers in the research of"Internet plus health education".Conclusion "Internet plus health education" is most widely used in the management of chronic diseases and infectious diseases.Covering expanding diseases,places and objects makes it a promising model.
