摘要
目的:探讨健康宣教对社区维持性血液透析患者血磷的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治进行维持性血液透析治疗的患者20例,随机分为两组,各10例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组增加个体化健康宣教。比较两组血磷(P)等指标水平变化。结果:观察组干预后1年、2年和3年P、血钙(Ca)和血清甲状旁腺素(iPTH)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性实施个体化宣教,可有效改善患者血磷升高问题,临床应用效果良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on serum phosphorus in community maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,20 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 10 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used individualized health education.The changes of serum phosphorus(P)and other indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of P,serum calcium(cCa)and serum parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 1 year,2 years and 3 years after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized education can effectively improve the problem of elevated blood phosphorus in patients,and the effect of clinical application is good.
