摘要
目的:探究触摸法结合1/4定位对新生儿桡动脉采血疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月进行采血的新生儿286例,随机分为两组,各143例。对照组给予触摸法;试验组给予触摸法结合1/4定位。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组,失败率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组无明显疼痛及轻微疼痛率高于对照组,明显疼痛及剧烈疼痛率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组操作时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组外渗发生率、皮下瘀血发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:触摸法结合1/4定位应用于新生儿采血过程中,可提高一次性穿刺成功率,缩短操作时间,减轻疼痛程度。
Objective:To explore the effect of touch method combined with quarter positioning on pain degree of neonatal radial artery blood collection.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,286 newborns who underwent blood collection were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 143 cases in each group.The control group was given touch method.The experimental group was given touch method combined with quarter positioning.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the success rate of one-time puncture was higher than that of the control group,and the failure rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the rates of no obvious pain and slight pain were higher than those in the control group,and the rates of obvious pain and severe pain were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of extravasation and subcutaneous congestion were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of touch method combined with quarter positioning in the process of neonatal blood collection can improve the success rate of one-time puncture,shorten the operation time and reduce the degree of pain.
