摘要
目的:静脉采血是大部分患者在医院就诊的必经流程,大部分采血项目需要空腹采血,患者等候过久容易产生焦躁情绪或加重病情。而护士在人工采血过程中由于工作步骤繁琐,在核对患者信息时容易发生差错,引起医患纠纷。方法:使用信息化智能采血管理系统。结果:提高了采血护士的工作效率,缩短患者在院等候时间,降低差错发生率。结论:对于改善患者的就医体验,提升医院智能化品牌形象,具有重要意义。
Objective:Venous blood collection is the necessary process for most patients in the hospital.Most of the blood collection items need fasting blood collection.Patients who wait too long are likely to have anxiety or aggravate the condition.In the process of manual blood collection,nurses are prone to errors in checking patient information due to many working steps,which may lead to disputes between doctors and patients.Method:Using information intelligent blood collection management system.Result:It improves the work efficiency of blood collection nurses,shortens the waiting time of patients in hospital,and reduces the incidence of errors.Conclusion:It is of great significance to improve the patient’s medical experience and enhance the hospital’s intelligent brand image.
