摘要
目的:分析缬沙坦联合复方血栓通胶囊在原发性高血压治疗中的降压效果和临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年月6收治原发性高血压患者90例,按单双号分为两组,各45例。对照组单独给予缬沙坦治疗;观察组联合缬沙坦与复方血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组血压变化、心功能变化、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后舒张压与收缩压水平均低于对照组,左心室舒张末期后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左心室舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)三项心功能指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在单独缬沙坦西药治疗的基础上,加用中药复方血栓通胶囊治疗原发性高血压整体的降压效果更好,疗效更高,安全性有保证。
Objective:To analyze the antihypertensive and clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,90 patients with essential hypertension were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to odd and even numbers with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan alone.The observation group was treated with valsartan and compound Xueshuantong capsule.The changes of blood pressure,cardiac function,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),left ventricular end-diastolic interventricular septum thickness(IVST)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of valsartan alone,traditional Chinese medicine compound Xueshuantong capsule has better antihypertensive effect,higher curative effect and safety in the treatment of essential hypertension.
