脑缺血再灌注损伤信号通路的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 缺血—再灌注(I/R)是指组织和器官在缺血后再次得到血液的过程,而在此过程中引起组织损伤加重的现象则称为I/R损伤。I/R损伤已经成为许多疾病中较严重的致死因素,其中最为棘手的是脑I/R损伤。大量研究表明导致脑I/R损伤的机制很多,比如炎症反应、细胞凋亡和氧化应激等。本文拟从信号通路对脑I/R损伤的保护性和损伤性作用机制入手,系统阐述导致脑I/R损伤的信号通路,从而更加深入地研究其病理生理机制,以便为临床治疗和针对性药物的研发提供参考。 Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)refers to the process in which many tissues and organs get blood again after ischemia,and the phenomenon of tissue injured aggravating in this process is called ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury.I/R injury has become a serious fatal factor in many diseases,among which cerebral I/R injury is the most difficult.Many studies have shown that there are many mechanisms leading to cerebral I/R injury,such as inflammatory reaction,cell apoptosis and oxidative stress.In this paper,the signal pathway leading to cerebral I/R injury is systematically expounded from the protective and injurious mechanism of signal pathway on cerebral I/R injury,and its pathophysiological mechanism is further studied from the signal pathway,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and targeted drug research and development.
