摘要
目的比较安徽不同产地共5批茶叶中咖啡因的含量。方法利用高效液相色谱法,流动相∶甲醇-水(40∶60),流速1ml/min,检测波长271nm。结果安徽各产地茶叶中咖啡因的含量均超过5%。结论该实验方法简单,过程便捷、准确,重现性好。可用于茶叶中咖啡因含量的检测。本实验为继续深入研究安徽茶叶质量和以茶叶为原料进行深加工提供参考。
Objective:To compare the content of caffeine in five batches of tea from different areas of Anhui Province.Methods:HPLC was used.Mobile phase:methanol and water was(40∶60),flow rate 1 ml per minute,and detection wavelength was 271 nm.Results:The content of caffeine in tea of Anhui Province was less than 5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,convenient,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the determination of caffeine in tea.This experiment provides a reference for further study on the quality of Anhui tea and further processing with tea as raw material.
