摘要
目的:观察参芪地黄汤加减辅治高血压肾病的疗效。方法:100例随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,两组均给予常规西药治疗,实验组加用参芪地黄汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效以及肾功能情况。结果:总有效率对照组低于实验组(P<0.05),肌酐、尿素氮、血浆胱抑素以及肾小球滤过率指标实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤加减辅治高血压肾病可有效提高临床疗效,改善肾功能。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and the experimental group were treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in addition.The clinical efficacy and renal function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve renal function in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.
