摘要
该文在调研多所南京本地高校实验技术人员岗位考核现状的基础上,结合学校实际,论述了现有实验技术岗位考核存在的问题,提出了实验技术岗位考核应遵循的原则和具体方式,即定性考核与定量考核相结合的方式,并在实践的基础上初步制定了定量考核的模块化内容。实验技术人员岗位考核能够提高实验技术人员的工作积极性,提升实验室的管理水平。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of the post assessment of experimental technicians in many local universities in Nanjing, this paper discusses the problems existing in the post assessment of experimental technology, and puts forward the principles and specific methods that should be followed in the post assessment, i.e., the combination of qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment. On the basis of practice, the modular content of quantitative assessment is preliminarily formulated. The post assessment of laboratory technicians can improve their working enthusiasm and management level.
