摘要
介绍了华南理工大学在修订和完善实验队伍考核指标体系工作中的经验,并对设计考核指标体系的原则、框架、量化指标的计算方法做了讨论。指标体系修订完善后取得了强化保障教学、服务科研、鼓励创新的效果,调动了人员的积极性。
Establishing a scientific and rational evaluation system for laboratory work is an important task. This article introduces the experience about how to perfect the evaluation index system for laboratory work. Further-more, the principle and method of index system design, the frame of index system, and the calculation method of workload of laboratory are discussed in detail. After the system reform, the expected goal is achieved such as the quality of teaching and scientific research service is enhanced and laboratory technician's enthusiasm is inspired.
