摘要
目的观察中医药辨证治疗失眠患者的临床疗效。方法对南京医科大学第一附属医院中医睡眠与节律门诊失眠患者50例实施中医药辨证治疗,疗程1个月。采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)等评估疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后失眠患者的PSQI评分均改善(P<0.01);PSQI总分减分率为(44.58±20.23)%,催眠药物、睡眠时间、睡眠效率及睡眠质量的减分率均达到50%以上。中医药辨证治疗失眠的临床痊愈率为97.14%,睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、入睡时间、催眠药物及日间功能障碍临床痊愈率均达50%以上。结论中医药辨证治疗失眠临床疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy in the patients with insomnia.Methods Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy was performed in 50 patients with insomnia, who were the outpatients treated in the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Sleep and Rhythm in First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.The course of the treatment was one month.The clinical efficacy was evaluated with Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Results Compared to before, the PSQI scores of all insomnia patients after treatment were statistically improved(P<0.01).The reduction rate of the total scores of PSQI was(44.58±20.23)% and the reduction rates of hypnotics, sleep duration, sleep efficiency and sleep quality were all more than 50%.The overall clinical recovery rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy in 50 insomnia patients was 97.14%.The improvement rates of sleep quality, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep latency, hypnotics and daytime dysfunction were all more than 50%.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy is better in the patients with insomnia.
