复合化学处理稻草饲粮中添加甘露寡糖对滩羊生产性能及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本试验旨在研究复合化学处理稻草饲粮中添加甘露寡糖(MOS)对滩羊生产性能及抗氧化能力的影响。选择体况良好、健康无病、出生日期及体重相近的断奶3月龄宁夏滩羊羯羊20只,随机分为4组,每组5只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组在基础饲粮配方条件下分别添加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%的MOS于精料中饲喂。各组饲粮粗饲料均由复合化学处理稻草和苜蓿以60∶40的比例组成。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)滩羊的平均日增重、总增重、料重比及干物质采食量各组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但以试验Ⅰ组的平均日增重和总增重最高,料重比最低。2)试验初始及结束时的体高、体长、胸围及其增长量各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验Ⅰ组的体长增长量、体高增长量和胸围增长量均高于其他各组。3)试验第30天和第60天时,各试验组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组血清T-AOC在试验第60天时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)各试验组滩羊的屠宰性能和羊肉营养成分与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但是试验Ⅰ组的羊肉剪切力、失水率和黄度(b*)值均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。综上所述,在复合化学处理稻草饲粮中添加1.0%MOS可以促进滩羊生长,降低料重比,改善肉质;添加2.0%MOS可以显著增强滩羊的抗氧化能力。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding manna oligosaccharide(MOS)to complex chemical chemically-treated straw diet on the performance and antioxidant capacity of Tan sheep.Twenty weaned Tan sheep with good body condition,good health,similar birth date and similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 sheep in each group. The sheep in control group were fed a basal diet,while those in trial groupsⅠ, ⅡandⅢwere fed diets supplemented with 1.0%,2.0% and3.0% MOS in the concentrate under the basal diet formula. The forage of the basal diet consisted of complex chemical chemically-treated straw and alfalfa in a ratio of 60:40. The pre-feeding period was 15 days and the trial period was 60 days. The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in average daily gain,total gain,feed/gain and dry matter intake among all groups(P>0.05),however,the average daily gain and total gain of trial groupⅠwere the highest,and the feed/gain was the lowest. 2)There were no significant differences in initial and final body height,body length and bust,and the increments of them among all groups(P>0.05),but the increments of body height,body length and bust in trial groupⅠwere higher than those in other groups. 3)On the 30 th and 60 th day of the trial,the content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)in each trial group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in trial groupⅢwas significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the serum TAOC in trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group on the 60 th day(P<0.05). 4)The slaughter performance and nutrient composition of Tan sheep in each trial group were not significantly different from those in control group(P>0.05),but the shear force,water loss rate and the yellow(b*)value of mutton were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).
