摘要
目的探究腹腔镜与小切口胆囊切除术对胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者的治疗效果及预后生活质量。方法选取2017年7月至2019年8月在本院行胆囊结石合并胆囊炎治疗的患者104例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,比较两组患者术后各指标以及生活生存质量。结果观察组手术后禁食时间、抗菌治疗时间、住院时间以及下床时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者主观症状、生理状态、心理状态以及社会活动状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者效果显著,可有效提升患者术后生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and small incision cholecystectomy on the treatment of patients with gallstones and cholecystitis and the prognosis quality of life.Methods 104 patients who were treated with gallbladder stones combined with cholecystitis in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52)according to randomly number methods.The control group was treated with small incision cholecystectomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Postoperative indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared after operation.Results The fasting time,antibacterial treatment time,hospitalization time,and bed time of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of subjective symptoms,physiological state,psychological state and social activity state scores in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with gallbladder stones and cholecystitis,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
