摘要
目的观察血府逐瘀汤治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年10月本院收治的急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者74例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各37例。对照组给予常规西医疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者心电图治疗总有效率,治疗前后血浆黏度、全血黏度及纤维蛋白原水平及临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者心电图治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显低于对照组78.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血浆黏度、全血黏度及纤维蛋白原水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组血黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率(97.30%)明显高于对照组(81.08%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者效果显著,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods 74 patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen level before and after treatment and the clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of ECG treatment in the treatment group(94.59%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(78.38%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen level between the two groups.After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and fibrinogen level of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of patients in the treatment group(97.30%)was higher than the control group(81.08%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction is effective,and its worth clinicalr promotion.
