输电塔斜材防屈曲加固的试验与数值研究 被引量:4

摘要 组合角钢截面常被用作输电铁塔的支撑斜材,斜材是输电塔的主要抗侧力构件,其一旦在极端荷载条件下发生屈曲破坏会极大的提升倒塔的风险,威胁输电线路的安全运行.文中以T型双角钢截面斜材为例,提出了一种以防屈曲支撑技术为基础的输电塔斜材加固方法,通过拟静力试验证明了加固方法的有效性,并通过数值模拟进行参数分析,研究主要几何参数(内芯外约束之间间隙、内芯双角钢之间间距等)对斜材整体性能的影响.研究结果表明,该防屈曲加固技术工艺简单,在有效抑制斜材的整体屈曲失稳、提升斜材的抗压承载力和耗能能力的同时,又不会显著改变结构刚度,增加节点板负担.建议间隙不超过内芯厚度的1/5,间距不超过内芯厚度2/5,内芯宽厚比不超过9.防屈曲加固理念在输电塔加固中具有很好的应用前景. The cross section of the combined angle steel is often used as the diagonal member for the transmission tower,and the diagonal member is the main lateral force resistant element of the transmission tower.Once the buckling failure occurs under the extreme load conditions,it will greatly increase the risk of the tower collapse and threaten the safe operation of the transmission line.In this paper,a method of reinforcement for diagonal members of transmission tower based on buckling-restrained brace technology is proposed,taking T-shaped double-angle steel section diagonal member as an example.The effectiveness of the strengthened method is demonstrated by means of quasi-static cyclic tests.Parametric analysis is carried out through numerical simulation to study the influence of the main geometric parameters such as the gap between core and restraining part and the spacing between two angle steel of the core on the performance of the diagonal member.The results show that the proposed buckling restraining reinforcement method can be easily applied.It does not change the structural stiffness and increase the burden of the joint plate,while effectively restraining the global buckling and improving the compressive bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the diagonal member.It is suggested that the gap does not exceed than 1/5 of the core thickness,the spacing does exceed than 2/5 of the core thickness and the with to thickness does not exceed 9.The buckling restraining reinforcement concept has a good application prospect in the transmission tower reinforcement.
