摘要
为避免黄土地区大跨双连拱隧道因自身结构特殊,地质特性多变,力学效应复杂,在施工过程中产生坍塌等安全事故,需在设计阶段结合水文地质、结构形式、荷载条件分析研究,施工过程严格控制技术参数及施工工艺。文中以某座双连拱黄土隧道为工程实例,依据其实际情况进行有限元分析,通过全施工过程模拟及结构验算,分析隧道结构力学效应。且在施工过程中,全程监控量测,动态控制,保证了隧道工程质量与安全。
The long-span double arch loess tunnel has its own special structure with changeable geological characteristics and complex mechanical effect,which is prone to collapse and other safety accidents in the construction process.In order to avoid such accidents,it is necessary to analyze and study in detail in the design stage,and strictly control the technical parameters and construction technology in the construction process.In this paper,a double arch loess tunnel is taken as an engineering example.Based on the engineering hydrogeology and structural design,the finite element analysis is carried out.Through the whole construction process simulation and structural checking calculation,the mechanical effect of the tunnel structure is studied in detail.And in the construction process,the whole process monitoring measurement and dynamic control are performed.Through strict process control,the quality and safety of tunnel engineering is ensured.
