摘要
目的构建学校传染病聚集性疫情风险防控定量评估指标,为采取有针对性的风险管理措施提供依据。方法采用德尔菲法筛选评估指标,确定指标权重,对沙市区92所学校开展评估。结果17名专家积极系数均为1,权威系数为0.88。经过两轮咨询,筛选出9个一级指标和26个二级指标,一、二级指标协调系数分别为0.594、0.487,P<0.001;指标权重居前3位的分别是严格落实晨午检、隔离治疗患病学生和发现疑似聚集性疫情及时报告,各指标所占权重范围为1.97~5.94。沙市区各学校的传染病聚集性疫情风险防控能力评分中位数为69.22。结论应用德尔菲法构建的学校传染病聚集性疫情风险防控评估指标体系,可以作为学校传染病防控风险管理的评估依据。
Objective To establish a quantitative evaluation index for the prevention and control of cluster infectious disease in schools.Methods Delphi method was used to screen the evaluation index,and 92 schools in Shashi District were evaluated.Results The active coefficient of the 17 experts was 1,and the authoritative coefficient was 0.88.After two rounds of consultation,9 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators were screened out.The coordination coefficients of primary and secondary indicators were 0.594 and 0.487 respectively,P<0.001.The top 3 index weights were used to strictly implement morning and afternoon examination,isolate and treat sick students,and timely report suspected cluster outbreaks.The weight range of each index was 1.97~5.94.The median score of the school’s ability to prevent the risk of cluster infectious disease was 69.22.Conclusion The index system can be used as the basis of school cluster infectious disease prevention and control risk management to provide basis for assessment of the risk management of school infectious disease prevention and control.
