摘要
高等学校必须坚持党的全面领导和社会主义办学方向,牢牢抓住立德树人根本任务,以全面提高人才质量为核心,着力推进治理体系和治理能力现代化.河北工程大学坚决贯彻党的教育方针,秉承"育人为本、学以致用、善学善用"的办学理念和"情系水利、自强不息"的水利情怀,紧密结合高等教育实际,坚持行业需求导向,完善育人机制,建立"产业发展与人才培养融合、科技创新与教学提升融合、工程实践与理论学习融合",构建"学校、行业协同育人,教学、科研协同创新,理论、实践协同发展"的"三融合三协同"育人体系,实现各项育人工作的有机衔接、协同协作、同向同行、互联互通,有效实现育人文化创新和育人模式创新,全面提升教学水平和人才培养质量,为提高我国高等教育人才培养质量提供借鉴和参考.
Universities must adhere to the overall leadership of the Party and the socialist direction,and firmly grasp the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.With the overall improvement of talent quality as the core,universities are striving to modernize their governance system and capacity.Hebei University of Engineering resolutely implements the party's education policy,adheres to the concept of"education oriented,learning for practical use,good at learning and good use"and the water conservancy feelings of"love water conservancy,self-improvement",closely combines with the reality of higher education,adheres to the guidance of industry demand,and improves the education mechanism.They set up the"three fusion and three cooperation"education system.It aims at the integration of industrial development and personnel training,scientific innovation and teaching promotion,engineering practice and theoretical learning,as well as the collaborative education of schools and industries,collaborative innovation of teaching and scientific research,and collaborative development of theory and practice.Therefore,organic connection,cooperation,peer-to-peer and interconnection of all kinds of education work have been realized,and the teaching level and personnel training quality have been comprehensively and effectively improved,which provides reference for the improvement of personnel training quality of higher education in China.
