摘要
为了探究原料煤吸附预处理煤制油废水工艺的可行性,开展了吸附条件优化、多段串联吸附对吸附效能的影响研究。研究结果表明:在煤粉粒级为<0.074mm,煤粉添加量为12.5g,吸附时间为30min条件下,煤粉对C0D_(Cr)、氨氮和挥发酚的去除率分别为36.97%、28.92%和38.77%;四段吸附串联后,污染物的去除率分别为86.01%、69.05%和88.78%,煤粉吸附后表面未发生明显变化。原料煤吸附预处理煤制油废水是一种潜在的废水预处理工艺,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to explore the feasibility of making pretreatment of wastewater produced in coal-to-oil process through adsorption with raw coal,work is made on the optimization of adsorption conditions as well as the effect on adsorption efficiency produced by multi-stage series adsorption processes.Test result shows that with an addition of 12.5 g of<0.074 mm pulverized coal and an adsorption time of 30 minutes,the removal rates of COD_(cr),ammonia nitrogen and volatile phenol are 36.97%,28.92%and 38.77%respectively;after the 4-stage tandem adsorption process,the removal rates of the above-mentioned pollutants are seen to go up to 86.01%,69.05%and 88.78%respectively;and after adsorption,the functional groups on coal surface show no noticeable changes.It proves to be a potential process with good application prospects for pretreatment of such wastewater.
