摘要
废乳液废水主要来自于金属加工切削液、石油炼化行业等,该废水具有水质波动大、浓度高、COD高、废水成分复杂等特点,因此该废水处理一直制约着相关行业的发展。本文通过研究强制电化学、电化学+混凝沉淀、电化学+芬顿+混凝沉淀工艺,对废乳化液废水进行预处理,为废乳化液废水处理奠定基础。
The waste emulsion wastewater mainly comes from metal processing cutting fluid, petroleum refining and chemical industry, and so on. The wastewater has the characteristics of high fluctuation of water quality, high concentration, high COD and complex components. The wastewater treatment has been restricting the development of related industries. In this paper, the pretreatment of waste emulsion wastewater was studied by the methods of forced electrochemistry, electrochemistry + coagulation sedimentation, electrochemistry + Fenton + coagulation sedimentation.
