摘要
目的探索降阶梯思维结合标准化沟通(SBAR)模式在急诊新护士抢救能力培训中的应用成效。方法采用方便抽样法选取2018年8—12月入组的26名新护士为对照组,2019年8—12月入组的28名新护士作为观察组。对照组按常规培养,观察组在此基础上引进了降阶梯式思维结合SBAR教学方式,4个月培训结束后分析对比两组护士对培训的满意度和理论操作考核成绩。结果观察组在对个人与专业发展机会、病情观察能力、应变及配合能力等方面的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在对护士的技能考核、临床综合素养考核及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);结论采用降阶梯式思维结合SBAR模式能充分调动急诊新护士的学习主动性和积极性,很好地培养了临床应急思维能力,提高了培训的总体满意度,使急诊新护士抢救能力、应急处理能力等都得到了提升。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of introducing de-escalation thinking with standard communication(SBAR)mode into rescue capability training for new emergency nurses.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 26 new nurses from Aug.to Dec.2018 as the control group and 28 new nurses from Aug.to Dec.2019 as the observation group.The control group was trained according to the routine and the observation group trained by introducing the de-escalation thinking combined with the SBAR teaching method on the basis of the regular training.Four months later,their satisfaction with the training and results of the theoretical operation assessment have been analyzed and compared.Results The observation group’s satisfaction with personal and professional development opportunities,disease observation ability,strain and coordination ability,were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the skill assessment,clinical comprehensive literacy assessment and total score of nurses in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);Conclusion The introduction of de-escalation thinking with the SBAR communication model can fully mobilize the learning initiative and enthusiasm of new emergency nurses,cultivate the clinical emergency thinking ability and improve the overall satisfaction of training,their rescue and emergency capability.
