“卓越教师”视域下汉语言文学师范专业人才培养模式改革——以地方本科院校为例

Reform of Training Mode of Chinese Language and Literature Teachers from the Perspective of"Excellent Teachers"——Taking Local Undergraduate Universities for Example

摘要 地方本科院校虽然没有被遴选为教育部改革项目培育点,但仍有必要在“卓越教师”视域下进行人才培养模式改革。以汉语言文学师范专业为例,通过调整培养方案和教学内容,以模块教学为核心,进行课程体系改革;改变传统课堂,充分利用网络平台拓宽合作方式,开设网络课程,大力建设教学资源;积极推动地方本科院校与地方政府、中小学建立长效的多方合作机制;大力引进高层次人才和学科带头人,选派教师国内访学和出国进修,提高地方本科院校师资水平等措施,培养符合社会需要的高素质专业化创新型教师人才。 Although the local undergraduate colleges have not been selected as the training point of the reform project of the Ministry of Education,it is still necessary to reform the talent training mode from the perspective of"excellent teachers".Taking the normal major of Chinese language and literature as an example,the course system reform is carried out by adjusting the training program and teaching content and taking module teaching as the core,changing the traditional classroom,making full use of the network platform to expand the way of cooperation,opening online courses,vigorously building teaching resources;Actively promoting the local undergraduate colleges and universities,local governments,primary and secondary schools to establish a long-term multi-party cooperation mechanism;In order to cultivate high-quality,professional and innovative teachers in line with social needs,we should introduce high-level talents and academic leaders,send teachers to study at home or abroad for further education,and improve the teaching level of local undergraduate colleges.
