摘要
当前中国高铁产业存在核心技术自主研发能力较弱、建设成本较高、专业技术人才不足和高铁产业结构需要调整及优化等问题,基于全产业链的中国高铁产业发展可以从充分发挥政府的战略主导作用、创新高铁行业的经营管理体制、增强高铁产业的技术创新能力、完善中国高铁标准且向世界推广、加强与国外关联企业的协作这些方面推进。
Nowadays,the main problems existing in China's high-speed rail industry are:weak ability of independent research and development of core technology,high construction cost,lack of professional and technical personnel,and the need to adjust and optimize the high-speed rail industrial structure.The development countermeasures of China's high-speed rail industry based on the whole industry chain are put forward:giving full play to the government's strategic leading role,innovating the management system,enhancing the technological innovation ability of the high-speed rail industry,improving China's high-speed rail standards and promoting them to the world;what’s more,strengthening cooperation with foreign affiliated enterprises.
