摘要 城市作为人类社会生产与消费活动的中心,既是能源消耗和温室气体排放的主要源头,也是减少温室气体排放的核心载体。从城市二氧化碳排放测算方法及其应用、城市二氧化碳排放影响因素的测度与分析、城市低碳化建设路径研究和城市低碳发展评价指标体系的构建及实证应用等方面,对国内外基于中国低碳城市发展的研究成果与进展进行学术史梳理与评述,并试图从已有相关文献中发现不足并发掘未来的研究方向。进一步的研究可从发展与推进自下而上的碳排放核算体系、城市碳排放增长的驱动路径测度、主观与客观相结合的低碳政策绩效评估、低碳发展评价指标体系的完善等方面进行深入拓展,从而推进中国低碳城市发展相关理论研究,并为城市低碳化发展政策的制定提供理论依据。 As the production and consumption center of human society,city is not only the main source of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions,but also the core carrier of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.From the city carbon dioxide emission measurement method and its application,the city carbon dioxide emission influence factor measurement and the analysis,the city’s low carbon construction path research,and the city low carbon development evaluation index system construction and the application,this paper sorts out and reviews the research achievements and progress based on China's low-carbon urban development at home and abroad,and attempts to to find insufficiency from the existing literature and explore the future direction of the research.Further research can be carried out from the following aspects:development and promotion of bottom-up carbon emission accounting system,measurement of driving path of urban carbon emission growth,performance evaluation of low carbon policy subjectivity and objectivity,improvement of evaluation index system of low carbon development;in which way to promote the relevant theoretical research on the development of low-carbon cities in China and providing a theoretical basis for the formulation of urban low-carbon development policies.
