摘要
目的探讨达格列净对2型糖尿病患者血糖和β细胞功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年3月在院内分泌科门诊就诊的64例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),对照组予以二甲双胍治疗,观察组予以二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗,治疗疗程均为12周,比较2组患者治疗前后的血糖状态以及β细胞功能变化。结果在治疗前,2组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等血糖指标及胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹C肽差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在治疗12周后,观察组的以上指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者使用达格列净治疗可有效改善血糖指标,提升β细胞功能。
Objective To explore the effects of dapagliflozin on blood glucose and isletβcell function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 64 T2DM patients who visited the endocrine clinic of our hosital from May 2019 to March 2020,and were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with dapagliflozin.The treatment course was 12 weeks,The glucose metabolism andβ-cell function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c and HOMA-IR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes above in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and serum C-peptide level and HOMA-βwere higher than those before treatment,and both indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion T2DM patients treated with Dapagliflozin can effectively reduce the blood glucose index and improve the isletβcell function.
