摘要
以重庆市忠县地名为研究对象,采用分类统计方法、GIS的核密度估计法和定性分析法,结合分析忠县地名文化景观空间特征、自然与人文属性特征.分析结果表明:(1)忠县地名文化景观可以分为12类,地名用字与构词丰富,反映自然与人文特征的规律性与多样性.(2)地名文化景观的空间分布存在明显的不均衡性,人口和经济集聚的忠州街道地名密度最大.(3)自然景观类地名以地貌和水文类地名为主,与忠县“三山两槽”的地势分布、水系分布高度一致;地方物产丰富,动植物地名数量众多.(4)人文景观类地名凸显儒家“忠”文化、宗族与移民文化、佛教与道教文化、生活美愿等,地方特色浓郁.伴随地方经济发展与社会变迁,地名命名与保护、传承与发展应采取地方性与时代性相结合的策略.
Taking the Zhongxian County in Chongqing as the study area,this paper investigates the spatial distribution characteristics,natural and humanistic attributes of toponymic cultural landscapes by use of classified statistical method,GIS kernel density estimation method and qualitative analysis method.The results show that:(1)The cultural landscape of place names in Zhongxian County falls into 12 categories,which reflect the regularity and diversity of the natural and humanistic characteristics due to the abundance in choice of words and word-building.(2)There exits an obvious imbalance in the spatial distribution of place names with the Zhongzhou streets having the highest concentration of place names owing to its dense population and economic concentration.(3)The toponymic names based on landform and hydrographic features consist of the majority of proportion in natural landscape toponymic places which coincide highly with the topographical and water distribution of“the three mountains and two troughs of the Zhongxian county”;the place names based on animals and plants are also richly found owing to rich local produce.(4)These humanistic landscape place names highlight the expression of cultures of“loyalty”,clan and immigration,Buddhism and Taoism reflecting people’s aspirations for beautiful life with distinctive local characters.The study suggests that in accordance with the development of local economy and social change,in the naming,protection,heritage and development of place names,both local and contemporary strategies must be put into use.
