摘要
住院医师规范化培训是我国临床医学教育中的重要组成部分,加强住院医师规范化培训在我国临床医学教育中的传承与融合是当前医学教育的热点问题之一,也是目前需要完善和发展与我国国情相适应的临床医师培养模式的基本制度。住院医师规范化培训是培养高质量临床医师成长的必由之路,是改善我国目前不同地区医疗水平发展差异的重要举措,也是当前临床医学教育改革与发展的必然趋势,更是保障我国人民健康和实现健康中国的重要环节。文章通过分析住院医师规范化培训在我国临床医学教育中传承、融合与临床医学教育发展的实践方式、重要性及健康中国的关系这一问题作一探讨。
The Standardized training of residents is an important part of clinical medicine education in China.Strengthening the inheritance and integration of standardized training of residents in clinical medicine education in China is one of the hot issues in current medical education,and also the basic system that needs to be improved and developed to adapt to the national conditions of our country.Standardized training of residents is the only way to cultivate high-quality clinicians,an important measure to improve the development differences of medical level in different regions of China,an inevitable trend of the reform and development of clinical medical education,and an important link to ensure the health of the people and realize healthy China.This paper discusses the relationship between the inheritance and integration of Residency Standardized Training and the development of clinical medicine education in China.
