摘要
住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。本文深入研究了国内外住院医师培训特点,并根据多年来在住院医师规范化培训工作中的实践体会,找出目前我国住院医师培养的不足之处,探讨如何提高住院医师的培养质量,更好地完善我国住院医师规范化培训。
The standardized training of resident physicians is an important part of medical education after graduation. The study found out that the inadequacies of the current residency training, explored how to improve the quality of residency training, summarized the characteristics of residency training home and abroad, pointed out the inadequacies of our training, and proposed strategies for improvement.
