摘要
小体积高功率密度无刷伺服电机在武器装备系统领域的需求越来越大,介绍了一种高功率密度无刷伺服电机多物理场综合设计方法。分析了高功率密度无刷伺服电机的电磁、机械、热、损耗等多物理场设计,通过仿真确定电机技术方案,并加工生产,按国军标进行了一系列性能和环境试验,验证了设计方法合理有效,产品能够满足武器装备使用要求。
Because of the increasing demand of small volume and high power density brushless servo motor in the field of weapon system,an integrated design based on multi-physics fields was introduced.The multi-physics fields design of e⁃lectromagnetic,mechanical,thermal and loss for the high-power density brushless servo motor was analyzed.The product technical scheme was determined by simulation design and motor was produced.A series of performance and environmental tests were carried out according to the national military standard.It is verified that the design method is reasonable and ef⁃fective,and the product can meet the trial requirements of weapon equipment.
