摘要
党和国家高度重视高校心理健康教育教师队伍建设工作,教师队伍的专业化尤为重要。在“立德树人”教育方针的时代背景下,高校心理健康教育专业化教师队伍的精准构建在学生和学校层面都具有必要性。文章从以健全准入机制和正确的职业定位、理顺教师梯队建设、提供优质的实践活动、完善考核体系和奖励机制四个维度阐述高校心理健康教育专业化教师队伍建设的有效途径。
In recent years,the Party and the state attach great importance to the construction of mental health education teachers in colleges and universities,and the professionalization of teachers is particularly important.Under the background of the educational policy of"educating people with moral integrity",it is of great necessity to cultivate specialized teachers of mental health education in colleges and universities at the level of students and schools.The paper analyzes the specific issues to carry out the fundamental task from a perfect access mechanism and the correct career orientation,straighten out the teacher echelon construction and provides the high-quality practice and perfect evaluation system and reward mechanism.
