摘要
城市是社会的载体,是现代文明的标志,八九十年代的老旧小区已严重制约了城市的良性发展,特种工程新技术作为老旧小区综合治理的重要措施,已受到广泛关注。从提振老旧小区活力,使老旧小区满足现代城市化发展的角度出发,阐述特种工程新技术在老旧小区综合治理中所起的重要作用。以某小区为例,列举老旧小区目前常见的技术问题,并提出采用特种工程新技术对其进行综合治理的方案,为后续的老旧小区综合治理项目在立项、方案设计及施工方案选取过程中提供一种新的思路。
City is the carrier of society and the symbol of modern civilization,the old residential areas in the 1980s and 1990s seriously restricted the healthy development of the city.As important measures for the comprehensive treatment of the old residential areas,new special engineering technologies are widely concern.For boosting the vitality of the old residential areas and making the old residential areas meet the requirements of modern urbanization,this paper expounds the important role of special engineering technology in the comprehensive treatment of the old residential areas.Taking a community as an example,this paper enumerates common technical problems,proposes the scheme by using new special engineering technology to carry on the comprehensive treatment,and which provides a new idea in the process of project establishment,program design and construction plan.
