摘要
通过对蒙特利尔步行网络的实地考察与调查,介绍这一世界上享有盛誉的步行网络在扩建时,对已有的古教堂进行保护的技术。本文说明在古教堂不移位的情况下运用预应力技术原位开发其下方的地下空间。首先紧贴结构外围施工垂直方向的钢管混凝土桩;然后在水平方向设钢筋混凝土梁并预留预应力钢筋孔道;再在结构的纵横两个方向张拉预应力钢筋以承受各种工况下的上部结构重量,通过调节预应力值控制结构变形,使之与人行网络和周边商场的地下通道联通的施工过程。该方法对我国地下空间开发过程中所遇到的古建筑保护有具有借鉴和参考价值。
This paper investigated Montreal underground network and presented how to protect an ancient church during the construction in underground space right underside the ancient church and described the process of the underground space construction.Pre-stressed technology was employed in the underground space extension,in which four floors were completed under the church.First,steel tube concrete piles have set up around and close to the enclosure of the church,then reinforced concrete beams have been constructed horizontally with holes for prestressed steel bars,after that the steel bars were prestressed in length and breadth for carrying the loads above.The technology presented in this paper can be referenced by construction in underground space under ancient buildings.
