摘要
该文基于旧城工业遗产地段特点,分析了整体保护的目的和内容,提出地下空间开发具有提高地段经济价值、使用价值和整体价值的明显优势,是旧城工业遗产实现地段整体保护的有效途径。据此探讨了基于整体保护的地下空间全局全过程的一体化开发模式,即通过地下空间开发的功能、空间、建设和运行管理的一体化,最终实现地段整体保护的目标。
Based on the characteristic analysis of the industrial heritage area in old cities, we analyze the aims and contents of the overall protection for the industrial heritage area. Due to the advantages in land use, we hold that the underground space development is an effective way to support the overall protection. Therefore, we discuss the integrated development model of the underground space of the industrial heritage area in old cities based on the overall situation and whole procedure. We should look the development of the underground space and over ground space as a whole, through the integrated development of their function, construction and operating management, so as to achieve the goal of overall protection of the industrial heritage area in old cities.
