摘要
城市地下空间的开发利用,广义上讲是利用城市地表以下的空间,发挥城市功能的一切地下设施。这种意义上的城市地下空间开发利用包罗万象,自城市步入现代文明已经开始,如市政管线的敷设等。狭义的城市地下空间的开发利用,是指城市建设发展到一定阶段,为解决城市建设空间的不足,改善城市环境和功能,在城市地表以下建设一定的建筑,安排城市的生产、生活项目,它的基本特征是将人口分流于地下。狭义地下空间开发利用是广义地下空间开发利用的组成部分,是对广义地下空间开发利用的发展。本文旨在探讨和分析影响狭义城市地下空间开发利用的主要因素,以供预测我国城市地下空间的发展趋势参考。
The development and utilization of urban underground space in a broad sense mean all underground facilities for utilization of Urban underground space and execution of city's function.It started long ago as from the years of modernization of the cities.Such as laying of pipelines of munieiple engineering.In a narrow sense,it means that for making up the deficiency of urban space for construction improving the environment and function of the city to prepare conditions for industrial development and facilities for daily life service.The characteristics for that are to separate part of the population into underground.The development and utilization of urban underground space in a narrow sense is a component and development of that in a broad sense,In this paper,the main factors influencing
development and utilization of urban underground space in a narrow sense are investigated and analysed.It can serve as reference for prediction of development of urban underground space in China.
