摘要
目的:探讨在子宫肌瘤患者的临床诊断中应用腹超声联合阴道超声的诊断价值。方法:从我院2018年4月—2020年4月收治的子宫肌瘤患者中抽取94例,按入院时间先后顺序将其分为实验组与参照组,每组各47例。实验组患者联合腹部超声与阴道超声诊断,参照组患者单独应用阴道超声诊断,比较两组患者的子宫动脉血流与子宫肌瘤诊断准确率。结果:经诊断,实验组患者的血流速度明显慢于参照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的动脉阻力指数与动脉搏动指数均高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的子宫肌瘤诊断准确率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫肌瘤患者的临床诊断中应用腹部超声联合阴道超声的临床价值显著,可提升患者的诊断准确率,诊断价值高,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods Ninety-four patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group according to the order of admission time,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were diagnosed with abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound,and the patients in the reference group were diagnosed with vaginal ultrasound alone.The uterine artery blood flow and the diagnosis accuracy of uterine fibroids were compared between the two groups.Results After diagnosis,the blood flow velocity of the experimental group was significantly slower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the arterial resistance index and arterial pulsation index of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The diagnostic accuracy of uterine fibroids in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of uterine fibroids is significant,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients,and has high diagnostic value.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
