摘要
目的探讨联合应用经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2017年4月至2018年4月期间本院收治的60例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的临床相关资料,根据检查方式不同分为两组,各30例。对照组采取经腹部彩超检查,观察组采取经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超联合检查,对比两组检出率、漏诊率、位置诊断准确率及妊娠结局。结果观察组检出率较对照组高,漏诊率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌壁间、黏膜下、浆膜下及阔韧带等位置的诊断准确率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者采取经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超联合检查可有效提升子宫肌瘤检出率及位置诊断正确率,降低漏诊率,在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断中具有较高应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color ultrasound combined with transabdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of pregnancy with uterine fibroids.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of pregnancy with uterine fibroids who admitted in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All selected cases were divided into two groups according to the examination methods,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given transvaginal color ultrasound examination,and observation group was given transvaginal color ultrasound and transabdominal color ultrasound examination.The detection rate,rate of missed diagnosis,diagnostic accuracy rate of location,pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,while the rate of missed diagnosis in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diagnostic accuracy rate of location such as intramural,submucosal,subserous and broad ligament in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color ultrasound combined with transabdominal color ultrasound examination in diagnosis of pregnancy with uterine fibroids can effectively increase the detection rate of uterine fibroid and the diagnostic accuracy rate of location,decrease the rate of missed diagnosis,which has higher application value in the diagnosis of pregnancy with uterine fibroids.
