摘要
目的探讨中药保留灌肠联合中药封包对慢性盆腔炎患者机体免疫及复发的影响。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,根据盲抽法将其分为2组,各40例。2组均给予抗炎、抗感染等常规治疗。对照组采用中药灌肠治疗。在对照组基础上,观察组采用中药封包治疗。均连续治疗2周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、复发率、机体免疫指标。结果较对照组总有效率比,观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,IL-2、IL-10水平较治疗前上升,且观察组水平较对照组变化显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合中药封包治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,可改善炎症因子水平,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected,which were divided into two groups according to extraction method,with 40 cases in each.Both groups were given routine treatment,such as anti-inflammatory and anti-infection,the control group was treated with Chinese medicine enema,on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation,all of which were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and immune indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant meaning(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment,the TNF-αlevel of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the IL-2 and IL-10 level was higher than that before treatment,and the level of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation can improve the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,improve the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the recurrence rate.
