摘要
眩晕是临床常见症状之一,多为高血压病、前庭功能障碍、椎-基底动脉供血不足等引起。轻则头晕目眩,重如舟车摇晃、站立不稳,给患者生活造成极大困扰。中医药对眩晕的病因病机研究深入,采用中药汤剂、中成药及中药注射剂、针刺及其他中医特色方法治疗眩晕,取得了较好疗效。对眩晕的中医药治疗进行了综述。
Vertigo is one of the common clinical symptoms,most of which are caused by hypertension,vestibular dysfunction,insufficient blood supply to vertebral basilar artery,etc. If the disease is mild,the patient will feel dizzy. If the disease is severe,the patient will be shaken and stand unsteadily,causing great troubles to his life. The etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo have been deeply studied by traditional Chinese medicine. The vertigo has been treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese patent medicine,traditional Chinese medicine injection,acupuncture and other characteristic methods of traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment of vertigo by traditional Chinese medicine is summarized as follows.
