摘要
从眩晕入手,整理了郭志华教授“无虚不作眩”病因病机理论,总结了从虚论治眩晕的临床治疗经验,并选取了其临床病案进一步分析其“无虚不作眩”理论下遣方用药特色.郭志华教授在病机上强调眩晕多为虚证,在治疗上强调以补虚为主,兼顾其他病症.
The practical experience from Guo Zhihua in treating vertigo through 6 the dizziness caused by debility'was summarized,and the pathogeny and pathogenesis theory was also compiled.Some clinical medical records were selected to proof the medication characteristics in treating vertigo through the dizziness caused by debility'.Professor Guo Zhihua stressed that deficiency was the key pathogenesis of vertigo,reinforcing deficiency as the basis was emphasized in the treatment of vertigo,taking into account other disea.
