摘要
针对工业产品设计方法存在尺寸和表面精度误差大,花纹不清晰等问题,为此提出基于3D打印技术的工业产品设计研究。建立工业产品设计模块,设计工业产品模块化步骤,计算3D打印技术和工艺产品参数,采用3D打印技术,打印工业产品花纹和造型,以此为基础设计工业产品零件组装步骤,组装工业产品零件,完成工业产品设计。实验结果表明,基于3D打印技术所设计的红木椅,花纹清晰度高,尺寸与表面精度误差均较小,实际应用效果好。
At present,the design methods of industrial products have some problems,such as large errors in size and surface accuracy,and unclear patterns.Therefore,a research on the design of industrial products based on 3D printing technology is proposed.We establish an industrial product design module to make modular steps of industrial products.We calculate 3D printing technology and process product parameters,and adopt 3D printing technology to print patterns and shapes of industrial products.Based on this,assembly steps of industrial product parts are made to assemble industrial product parts and complete industrial product design.The experimental results show that the rosewood chair designed by the method in this paper has high clarity of pattern,small size and surface precision error,and good practical application effect.
