摘要
简要阐述了气象因素与花椒品质的关系,建立了富硒青花椒气候品质认证模型,对重庆市江津区种植的具有独特“富硒”特色气候品质的青花椒进行了认证和评价。结果表明,2019年江津区富硒青花椒气候品质等级为特优。
This paper expounded the relationships between meteorological factors and the quality of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc,established the climate quality certification model of selenium-rich Zanthoxylum schinifolium,certificated and evaluated Zanthoxylum schinifolium with unique"selenium-rich"climate quality planted in Jiangjin District of Chongqing City.The results showed that the climate quality grade of selenium-rich Zanthoxylum schinifolium in Jiangjin District was particularly excellent in 2019.
