摘要
以汽车车门系统为研究对象,通过分析车门系统的水流机制、水流环境及进水路径,提出了针对车门钣金、玻璃导槽、防水膜、排水孔、线束、门饰板及车门玻璃等车门系统零件的布置与设计要求,对车门系统的水管理设计提出了解决方案。
Auto door system was taken as the research object,the water flow mechanism,water environment and water path were analyzed for the door system.Part arrangement and design requirements were put forward for door sheet metal,glass run channel,waterproof membrane,drain hole,wiring harness,door trim and door glass.The solution of water management design for door system was proposed.
